Section one
The story
The first half of the book is the story, a sweet tale of Scout the dog, Lola the cat, and Bella the bunny as they prepare for picture day. With playful characters and simple, reassuring words, children learn that it’s okay to feel shy, wiggly, excited, or anything in between. It sets the tone that picture day is about being yourself and having fun, not about being perfect.
Section two
Their story
The second half is their story, a space for families to imagine their own session. Here, children can picture what it will look like, where it might take place, and how it will feel. It’s a chance for parents to walk little ones through the plan in a creative way, making the experience feel familiar and exciting before it even begins. There's space here to introduce yourself and share a photo of your face so it feels more familiar on the day.
